We had a great experience with Nupave. The team was professional, reliable and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We recently had our driveway resurfaced by Nupave in Pakenham and couldn’t be happier with the result. Shaun and Caroline transformed our old tired concrete into a modern exposed aggregate finish that has completely changed the look of our home.

The whole process was explained clearly from start to finish, communication was excellent and the workmanship was outstanding. The driveway looks like new and the before and after photos speak for themselves.

I recently contacted Nupave requesting a quote for resurfacing our driveway and footpath. Shuan called and arranged a time to meet to review the site, I received a text with a GPS tracker so I could accurately see when the Shuan and Caroline would arrive – never seen that before and a great example of the professionalism and customer service focus of Nupave. Shaun provided a detailed cost breakdown in the quote, enabling me to monitor progress of the work without hassling Shaun and Caroline for an update. Caroline did a fantastic job with the added difficulty of adverse weather conditions.  We couldn’t be happier with the finished surface. We give full credit to Shaun and Caroline for there meticulous work ethic from first contact to quoting and resurfacing our driveway and front verandah. Our old concrete was 50 years old and was faded and worn but basically structurally sound. Shaun and Caroline transformed our driveway/verandah into a work of art. I engaged Shaun and Caroline to spruce up our awful, patchy driveway, steps and side path.
The whole process, from start to finish was absolutely wonderful.

To begin with, Shaun and Caroline arrived right on time, during a crazy thunderstorm, to quote the job. In choosing the finish, Caroline made up a number of samples and texted the photos to me. It was the very last sample she suggested that we loved.

The job took Shaun and Caroline three consecutive days to complete. Their preparation was absolutely meticulous, as was the application of the finish we chose. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result.

Compliments come from everyone who has seen it, including gorgeous little school children who walk past!

Shaun & Caroline did an excellent job resealing our driveway. Their friendliness,  attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the process, and the results are amazing. The driveway looks fantastic. When I rang Shaun and told him that some edging had come off, he was on the job very quickly. We have had quite a few comments on our driveway over the last couple of years. Their work was so good I have put a sign on our fence advertising their work. A hassle free experience.
